Every product sold at lacira.com is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money, provided the procedure below is followed.

The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if it is out of stock or you don't want replacement we will refund your money.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

● Any product that has been washed
● Any product not in its original condition
