    What is the 7-Day Return Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the item does not fit me? 
    Every product sold at lacira.com is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money, provided the procedure below is followed.

    In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at support@lacira.com or Whatsapp on +91 9819860103, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if it is out of stock or you don't want replacement we will refund your money. 

    The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

    ● Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

    ● Any product that has been washed

    ● Any product not in its original condition

    STEP 1: Complete the shipment return form on https://www.lacira.com/pages/manage-returns you shall receive an confirmation e-mail.
